When you decide to attend Penn State Berks, you will become part of our campus community. Our campus offers many opportunities to get involved!
Attend events hosted by International Student Services
You will have the opportunity to participate in several workshops and events for our international students. We host programs on campus such as our global connect programs, International Education Week, and programs in collaboration with other clubs and departments such as Holi and Lunar New Year.
We also host trips off campus. In the past there have been trips to an escape room, snowtubing, Washington DC, and New York! We are always looking for ideas of new places to go!
Get involved in clubs and organizations on campus
Penn State Berks is home to numerous student organizations that help students build upon common interests or expand horizons, all while making new friends and enhancing a résumé with leadership roles. Check out the Club and Organizations page to learn more about the opportunities to get involved.
Connect with your International Student Peer Mentor
All new international students are assigned an international student peer mentor to assist in your transition to Penn State Berks. Your mentor will work closely with you to help to make you feel at home in your new college community. We have six peer mentors for the 2024-2025 school year.
